- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your account information as needed
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
4. EV Charging Services
When using our EV charging network, you agree to:
- Use charging stations only for their intended purpose
- Follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines
- Move your vehicle promptly after charging is complete
- Not damage, tamper with, or misuse charging equipment
- Pay all applicable fees for charging sessions
5. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of Zuvva.E services. Payment terms include:
- All fees are displayed in ZWD (Zimbabwean Dollar) unless otherwise noted
- Charges are processed through your stored payment method
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUVVA.E SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harare, Zimbabwe.
